Torben Herber and Jens Kaiser Awarded for Outstanding Jessup National Rounds in Kiel

The two German national administrators Torben Herber and Jens Kaiser were honoured with the Steven Schneebaum Award at the International Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. The Steven Schneebaum Award is designated for national administrators who have organised outstanding national rounds.

On behalf of the Walther-Schücking-Institute for International Law, Torben Herber und Jens Kaiser organised the Jessup German National Rounds in Kiel from 28 February until 3 March 2018. A total of 19 German teams with over 140 participants competed against each other and confronted 35 well-known personalities from the field of international law acting as judges.
