New Regulation Regarding Auxiliary Means in Exams

Apr 09, 2018

As of winter semester 18/19, the following new regulation will apply for all exams (midterm exams, exams ‘kleine und große Übungen’, FFA/Erasmus/LL.M. exams as well as oral exams in the specialisation):

Allowed auxiliary means are the legal texts relevant for the respective field of law. They may not contain supplements (such as schemata). Written markings, arrows, exclamation marks and single words are allowed, as long as they constitute merely a reading aid and do not form a system of annotation. Individual references to paragraphs, even those that refer to another legal text, may be included in the legal text.
